All website content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and materials associated with Shop & Restock are owned by or licensed to SDR Holdings LLC and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Payments & Billing

Payment terms may vary based on service type, region, and participation in the beta program. Where applicable, payments are processed through third-party providers.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

7. Service Fulfillment

Fulfillment is performed through a combination of internal coordination systems and independent contractors. Timelines, availability, and outcomes may vary based on location and operational conditions.

Product availability, pricing, store inventory, substitutions, and fulfillment outcomes may vary based on retailer availability, customer preferences, and circumstances outside of our control.

Individuals assisting with fulfillment may operate as independent contractors and are not employees of SDR Holdings LLC unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDR Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
