ABOUT SHOP + RESTOCK
Shop + Restock personal shopping and retail services

Built From Experience. Designed With Intention.

Shop + Restock was created by a team with experience across IT, logistics, entrepreneurship, and independent contract work. We’ve worked in environments where organization, adaptability, communication, and attention to detail aren’t optional — they’re part of getting the job done right.

Those experiences helped us recognize an opportunity to approach shopping, fulfillment, and field services a little differently.

More Than Shopping

Shop + Restock was built to support both consumers and businesses through intentional, reliable field services.

For consumers, that means helping people get the items they need and want through a more thoughtful alternative to traditional on-demand delivery.

For businesses, our network provides access to people in the field who can support retail insights, customer experience evaluations, online experience reviews, shopping and fulfillment assignments, and other location-based projects.

Our goal is simple: connect the right people with the right opportunities while delivering accurate, useful information and dependable service.

We’ll Be In The Field, Too.

We don’t believe in building a business around a process we’ve never experienced ourselves.

Our team will be in the field alongside our contractors — shopping, visiting locations, completing assignments, testing processes, and learning from the same environments our network operates in.

That firsthand experience allows us to identify what works, what doesn’t, and where we can make the experience better for everyone involved.

It also means our contractors won’t be expected to navigate challenges that our own team hasn’t encountered.

A Deliberately Limited Digital Footprint

You may not see Shop + Restock everywhere online, and that’s intentional.

A portion of our work involves discreet customer experience evaluations and retail insights. When we’re conducting an evaluation, authenticity matters. Our goal is to observe and interact with a location as naturally as possible, without creating an experience that feels staged simply because someone knows an evaluation is taking place.

Maintaining a limited public footprint helps us preserve the integrity of those interactions and allows us to experience businesses as customers actually experience them.

For us, being less visible online isn’t about being less accessible. It’s about being more authentic in the spaces where our work matters most.

Accessibility Is Part of the Work

Accessibility is something we consider both inside and outside of our operations.

We want opportunities within our network to be approachable for people with different needs, circumstances, skills, and abilities. That means thinking intentionally about how assignments are presented, how contractors access information, and how they can successfully complete work in the field.

That same thinking extends to this website.

We’re continuing to build Shop + Restock with accessibility in mind because a service designed to connect people should be easier for more people to navigate, understand, and use.

At the end of the day, Shop + Restock is about people. The people who trust us to get something done, the businesses that rely on accurate work, and the contractors who help bring the work to life. We’re still building, still learning, and still finding better ways to do things — but we’re intentional about what we’re building and who we’re building it for.
